David took his last breath at 9:45 this morning with nurse Kathy, mother Margaret, Tara, Lauren and Elsie by his side. Chris and his children arrived shortly after, and everyone is here together now.
So many hugs and thoughts being sent your way. As painful as the transition has been and will be, today is a beautiful day to move into the next phase- whatever that may be. How wonderful for David to be so loved and surrounded by so many he loved as well. Love, Annadeene
Sending big love to you. Like Annadeene said, I am so glad that David was so surrounded by family and friends right through the last breath. ~Liz Fowler-Camara
No words are coming as I sit here absorbing the post. Nothing significant will come from my fingers. It all seems hollow --- Yet I too am glad that he was surrounded by those he loved and those who loved him. Now surround each other as you seek to adjust and fill the space that was David's with fragrant memories.
Oh my. So sudden, and not suddenly at all. As the friends above said, I'm so grateful he was surrounded by love. My heart especially goes out to you, Tara, and to Margaret and Charles. Please know my love is with you all. Sorrow and celebration. love -- Anne
Sending a big warm steady breeze to fill David's sails as he ventures on. Such a special gift to know David and right now I'm simply aching from the reality of loosing his gentle and loving footsteps on Earth...
Simply aching...
Sending sweet love to accompany him to the next dance...
Sending sweet love to all those who are waiting to join David in the next dance...
